We are deeply passionate about the mental wellbeing of people especially in learning how process any kind of loss (loss of a job, divorce, breakup, death etc). We therefore organize mental health wellness workshops and share practical tools to help you maintain your wellness when you are feeling good and improve your wellness during difficult times. We partner with religious organization, groups and sometimes organize our own workshops.
We specifically train the public on:
- Maternal mental health conditions
- Self-care for postpartum women
- Mental health fitness for both men and women
- Loss and grief training
- Healthy and unhealthy ways of grieving
- How to support a bereaved friend/family member/ partner
- How to support a friend who is struggling emotionally
